Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative HR Specialist to join our team at Orange Global PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR administrative duties, including planning, organization, and multitasking.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing candidates, and orienting new employees.
  • Handle employee documents, prepare HR letters, and process work passes.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Perform general office administrative duties and other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Independent and self-driven attitude with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Diploma in any field required, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
