Job Title:
Business Development Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a Business Development Strategist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with Service Managers to analyze business requirements and determine how they fit into the product roadmap and project schedule.
  • Develop use cases, end-to-end business operations flows, and document them clearly in collaboration tools like Confluence or JIRA.
  • Assist Service Managers in organizing the backlog and sequencing tasks, and work closely with development teams during project execution.

Requirements:
  • Experience in stakeholder management, understanding business owners' problems, and influencing or providing digital product development expertise.
  • Experience in digital technology or product development companies.
  • Able to perform data-driven analyses and use data to solve problems.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to take initiative to make things happen.
  • Experienced in breaking down End User requirements into actionable items and organizing them in collaboration tools.
  • Able to facilitate efficient meetings, keep relevant people updated, and make good decisions.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and project team members to ensure projects are on track and assist Service Managers with project management monitoring tasks.
