Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships by offering comprehensive corporate services including compliance, accounting, payroll, tax, etc.
  • Act as primary liaison with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and optimize content for daily blogs using SEO best practices.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders for targeted content creation.
  • Engage in outbound sales calls and client meetings to present solutions.
  • Participate in promotional events to promote courses and meet sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide consultative sales support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualification
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates
