Job Description

Drive innovation and shape the future of finance as a seasoned professional in digital assets. As an Initiative Manager, you will spearhead initiative management in the APAC region, driving strategy, governance, and portfolio management.

You will collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes. Engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and contribute to industry standards.

Support regulatory, compliance, and risk engagements to ensure alignment with regional compliance standards. Develop into a subject matter expert across the group, advising on blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 3+ years' experience in financial services with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure
  • Passion for digital assets and distributed ledger/blockchain technology
  • Demonstrated project management experience in managing portfolios of initiatives across different functions
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with effective collaboration abilities
  • Good understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for digital assets, especially in the APAC region

Additionally, possessing excellent communication skills and public speaking experience is highly valued.
