Senior Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong clinical and operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Manage all aspects of clinical service delivery within the assigned division, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, generating a positive experience for patients across the continuum of care.
  • Plan and develop new clinical services, including workload projections, resource identification, and timely delivery.
  • Secure and manage resources, oversee procurement, and monitor utilization to support clinic/ward operations.
