We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
About the Role:- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in IT or technology industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and meeting client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
