**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks related to hotel reservation, customer service, and room sales.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To confirm and process reservations received via telephone calls in accordance with established procedures.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to guests' booking requests and inquiries via email or other communication channels immediately.
  • To input reservations received from online travel agencies (OTAs) into the hotel's property management system (PMS).
  • Update details in PMS for all bookings that are made through the Central Reservations System.
  • To ensure that bookings are accurate and up-to-date by checking next day arrivals from OTAs.
  • To prepare special requests for guests' amenities such as fruit plates, boxes of chocolates, wine etc. to the Room Service Department daily.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
