Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless reservation processes and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all incoming reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings wherever possible.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all reservations.
  • Maximize hotel revenue through upselling and increasing length of stay.
