Job Title: IT Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Data Centre Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and structured data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and escalate issues when needed.
  • Manage hardware inventory, RMA processes, and equipment tracking.
  • Monitor systems and ensure proper data handling and device disposal.
  • Collaborate with vendors and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Follow security and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of IT support or data centre experience.
  • Strong understanding of basic IT hardware.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications.
  • Experience in 24x7 environments or mobile app testing.
