Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with agents and contractors to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery
  • Monitor shipments and respond to customer inquiries regarding flight information, cargo status, and delivery
  • Prepare and issue invoices and billings to close jobs
  • Filing of documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
