Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Family Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to parents, particularly mothers, who have shown interest in our programs and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential families provided with data. Your aim will be to engage them about our events and learning programs such as Chess, Spell Bee, Art, Summer Camps, Kids Talk Shows, etc.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales Manager and Sales team to generate leads, convert them into potential clients, and nurture relationships with moms and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Making daily outbound calls to parents, especially mothers, who have shown interest in our programs and services, educating them on our offerings
  • Lead Conversion:

Converting calls into new leads by addressing questions, providing information, and demonstrating how our services can meet their children's educational needs

  • Collaborate with Sales Team:

Working closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure successful lead generation and follow-up within various business sectors

  • Target Achievement:

Meeting and exceeding personal and departmental targets based on provided data, contributing to overall business growth

  • Inform & Educate:

Keeping potential clients informed about our programs, services, and offerings to showcase the value of our educational services

  • Identify New Business Opportunities:

Proactively identifying and seizing new business opportunities, putting families' needs first

  • Professional Standards:

Maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times, ensuring excellent customer service

  • Assist Other Departments:

Providing support to other teams as needed to ensure efficient operations and lead conversion

Requirements:
  • Personal experience as a mother to empathize with the families you support
  • At least 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in education, online learning, or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with parents and families
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve lead generation targets
  • Solution-oriented with a positive approach to objection handling
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and communications
  • Familiarity with CRM software, email systems, and digital tools
  • Energetic and financially driven with a hunger to succeed
  • Ability to connect with other mothers and families, understanding their unique needs
  • Skilled in nurturing leads into long-term relationships
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours and responsive communication needs
