Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Office Analyst Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can drive projects forward and ensure their successful delivery.


The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, with a strong track record of supporting business initiatives and projects in middle or back office operations. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.


Key Accountabilities
  • Project Initiation and Planning: Support project managers in project planning, processing invoices and raising purchase orders related to programmes, stakeholder identification, communication plans, organizing meetings, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Project Execution: Safekeeping of programme artefacts, tracking key risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, updating project plans, maintaining decision logs, and tracking open actions and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Project Control & Reporting: Preparation and consolidation of workstream updates for all forms of project status reporting, ensuring all required documentation sign-offs are tracked and recorded, and ensuring programme processes are fully compliant with audit requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Expert user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • At least 4-6 years' experience in programme management.
  • Project Management Certified (PMP), Prince 2 preferred.
