Job Description:
The role of a Programme Management Specialist is to oversee the implementation of business strategies, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting objectives. Key responsibilities include programme reporting, financial management, resource allocation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programme plans, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals
- Monitor programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Manage programme finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate programme resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
- Provide status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting programme progress and challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in programme management, with experience in planning, executing, and controlling programmes
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organisation
- Highly efficient in resource planning and task assignment, with experience in using project management tools and techniques
