Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications in CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (preferable).
  • Minimum 1+ years of working experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft O365, Azure environment.
  • Pleasant disposition, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with end-users effectively.
  • Fluent in English and written communication.
