Job Title

The Head of Global Client Group is responsible for overseeing and directing business development and relationship management efforts with existing, new and prospective clients. They organize and optimize the client services team to effectively address client needs and prospects.

  • Develop a strategy for sales, marketing and client service that targets a diverse array of clients and prospects including Financial Institutions, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Traditional Institutional Asset Owners, Wealth Management and Independent Advisory firms.
  • Motivate and lead a team of Sales, Relationship Management and Client Service professionals while promoting a culture of performance, development and dedication to excellence.
  • Ensure consistency of sales process and approach by adopting a CRM system to optimize efficiency and decision making.
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging market trends and developments to continually evolve market strategy.
  • Report on sales data, metrics and key findings to senior leadership, including global co-heads of Global Client Group and regional CEO.
  • Collaborate with various Investment teams to deepen knowledge and better promote Dimensional's value proposition.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background is required; an advanced degree or professional designation such as CFA, is preferred.
  • 15+ years of sales/relationship management leadership experience, ideally gained from working in the Asset Management industry; at least five+ of which were spent in a sales leadership capacity specifically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage high performing and motivated teams and to clearly articulate a vision to all stakeholders.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets and asset allocation theory.
