- Maintain accurate inventory records, manage supplies, and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, provide constructive feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Manage cash handling, operate point-of-sale systems, and adhere to company policies on financial matters.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor customer feedback, respond to complaints, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, including marketing, training, and human resources.
Requirements:
- Degree Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
