Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team. As an Air Conditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the comfort and efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems.
  • Install and commission new air-conditioning systems, including FCU units.
  • Supervise and ensure proper installation works are done by sub-contractors.
  • Conduct on-site preventive servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
  • Respond to complaints related to building air conditioning systems and ventilation works.
  • Diagnose and repair defects in air-conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot defective air-conditioning systems and equipment to identify root causes and replace components.
  • Improve air quality and optimize efficiency by cleaning cooling coils.
  • Develop feasibility pre-installation design proposals and oversee installation works.
  • Submit reports on servicing and maintenance functions.
  • Ensure all works comply with appliance standards and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • NITEC certification in Mechanical or Electric trades.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in M&E system maintenance and building facilities improvement.
  • Experience with Split Unit or VRV servicing.
  • Immediate start or short notice period preferred.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license required.
