  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in central air conditioning systems">
  • Performing regular preventive maintenance on central air conditioning systems, including replacing faulty components">
  • Conducting routine inspections of buildings to identify and address maintenance needs">
  • Ensuring all work complies with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)">
  • Providing effective solutions to troubleshoot and resolve issues">
  • Improving work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
