About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as an Accessory Crafts Assistant.

As part of our dynamic retail and e-commerce business, you will have the opportunity to work with designers on crafting works, ensuring precision and quality.

Your responsibilities will include fulfilling customer orders and customization requests, providing exceptional customer service, packing products for dispatch or self-collection, and assisting in inventory management.

To succeed in this role, you must possess high initiative and a positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team, and demonstrate a passion for crafts and creativity.

Crystals knowledge is beneficial but not necessary, as we provide training for our team members.

  • Fulfill Customer Orders & Customisation Requests
  • Customer Service: Assist with the sales floor on days when the studio is open, including sales floor upkeep and cashiering
  • Packing: Package products for dispatch or self collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented
  • Inventory Management: Assist in unboxing of new stocks, engage in stock-taking and tagging of new products
