Job Overview

This part-time Retail & Crafting Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to designers in crafting works, assist with customer orders and customization requests, and contribute to maintaining a positive retail experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Designers: Collaborate with designers to create products according to provided designs, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Fulfill Customer Orders: Package products for dispatch or self-collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented.
  • Customer Service: Assist with sales floor upkeep, cashiering, and customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in unboxing new stocks, engaging in stock-taking, and tagging of new products.
Requirements
  • Priorities:
  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Passion for crafts and creativity.
  • Crystals knowledge is not necessary but will be beneficial.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 Saturdays (12-6pm) and most public holidays.
  • Able to commit a minimum of 10 shifts per month (minimum 4-hour shifts) with a minimum 3-month commitment.
