Part Time Assistant - Retail and Crafting

We aim to provide enchanting crystal experiences empowering individuals to manifest their dreams and connect with nature's beauty. Our team is passionate about quality, innovative designs, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Support designers in crafting works, utilizing your skills to create products according to provided designs, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Fulfill customer orders and customisation requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on the retail floor during studio hours.
  • Pack products for dispatch or self-collection, ensuring items are well-protected and presented.
  • Assist in inventory management, including unboxing new stocks, stock-taking, and tagging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Passion for crafts and creativity.
  • Crystals knowledge is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Able to commit to at least 10 shifts per month with a minimum 3-month commitment.
