Job Title: Creative Studio Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Creative Studio Team Member.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Client Engagement & Instruction:
      • Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting during workshops.
      • Guide and teach clients the basics of arts and crafts activities.
    • Studio Operations & Maintenance:
      • Ensure cleanliness within the workspace.
      • Maintain studio equipment, tools, and materials in good condition.
    • Rug Processing & Finishing:
      • Assist in applying backing, trimming, and finishing rugs.
      • Ensure quality control for completed projects before handing them over to customers.
    • Sales & Customer Service:
      • Greet and assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and purchases.
      • Promote additional services, workshops, and merchandise.
  • Required Skills:
    • Passion for arts, crafts, or DIY projects.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as handling art supplies and processing rugs.
    • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
