We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our team in crafting memorable customer experiences through balloon styling and order fulfilment. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Balloon Styling: Style and prepare balloon orders according to customer customisations and campaign themes
  • Inflation & Preparation: Inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons (including ribboning, tying, and weight prep)
  • Packaging & Delivery: Ensure all balloon pieces are packed securely and beautifully for delivery or pickup
  • Product Photoshoots & Styling: Assist with product photoshoots and styling setups for our online store and social media
  • Fulfilment Support: Support tasks such as packing parcels, labelling, and preparing accessory items
  • Warehouse Operations: Participate in stock unpacking, sorting, replenishment, and basic warehouse upkeep
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the styling and design team to ensure quality, timeliness, and visual consistency
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Guide and mentor part-time team members during high-volume periods
  • Event Support: Occasionally assist with on-site installations or event setups when needed
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduates (O-Level, A-Level or Diploma) with strong work ethic and good eye for detail
  • Creativity & Flexibility: Hands-on, dependable, and willing to learn a creative craft
  • No Prior Experience Required: No prior balloon experience required – full training will be provided
  • Able to Commit: Able to commit to weekend & Public Holiday shifts (where required)
  • Physical Ability: Physically fit and able to handle light lifting/packing
  • Bonus Skills: Bonus if you have experience in crafts, events, floral design, or content creation
Future Opportunity: Work-Study Diploma Pathway

This program allows you to work full-time while attending classes 1 day a week, and achieve a government-recognised diploma while gaining hands-on experience.
