Retail & Crafting Assistant

Responsibilities:- Crafting Support
- Collaborate with designers to create products according to provided designs, ensuring precision and quality.
- Meet customer orders and customisation requests.
- Assist with sales floor upkeep and cashiering on days when the studio is open.
- Package products for dispatch or self-collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented.
- Assist in unboxing new stocks and engage in stock-taking and tagging of new products.
- Initiative and Teamwork
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High initiative and positive attitude.
- Passion for crafts and creativity.
- Training will be provided.
- Able to work at least 3 Saturdays (12-6pm) and most public holidays.
- Able to commit to at least 10 shifts per month (min 4-hour shifts) with at least 3 months' commitment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate based on performance, ranging from $9 to $15 per hour. Additionally, we provide a supportive work environment where you can excel professionally and personally.
