Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Assistant with ZENO EXHIBITION PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for performing daily HR and administration functions. This includes preparing HR-related reports and documents, ensuring proper documentation and filing procedures, and assisting in monthly attendance and payroll processing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining employee information, updating and maintaining employee data and files, and keeping track of insurance renewals and submissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day HR and administration functions
  • Assist in monthly attendance and payroll processing
  • Maintain and update employee information and data
  • Keep track of insurance renewals and submissions
  • Maintain and order office supplies and stationery

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporean/PR only
