Job Overview:

 

The Associate Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery order operations and exceptional customer service. This position involves effective coordination with internal teams and customers, efficient linen replenishment and deliveries to healthcare facilities, and meticulous record-keeping.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify delivery order data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and customers to guarantee timely and correct deliveries.
  • Compile packing lists, input data using Excel, and export final information into the ERP system.
  • Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly delivery orders and summary reports for customers.
  • Manage linen handling, replenishment, delivery, and update records of linen movement.
  • Support operational activities in various environments, including challenging settings such as prisons.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by Senior Management.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum N Level / Nitec qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production or related roles.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
