Job Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

About the Role:

The Delivery Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing delivery orders, coordinating with operations teams and customers, handling linen replenishment and deliveries, and maintaining precise records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Order Management: Manage and process delivery order data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Coordination: Coordinate with operations teams and customers to guarantee timely and correct deliveries.
  • Packing Lists and Data Input: Compile packing lists, input and merge data using Excel, and export final data into the ERP system.
  • Reports and Records: Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly delivery orders and summary reports for customers.
  • Linen Handling: Oversee linen handling, replenishment, delivery, and update records of linen movement.
  • Operational Support: Support operational activities, including those within challenging environments such as prisons.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum N Level / Nitec qualification.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in production line or related roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and ERP systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong team player with resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
