Industry Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
As a seasoned Business Development professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing projects that drive business growth in our local markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, manage partnership relationships, and ensure full risk and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans with internal and external partners, including central banks, local switches, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with the growth team to achieve high performances and innovation development of solutions/campaigns for our partners.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technology developments, and anticipate changes in consumer behaviors.
- Conduct regular pulse checks with business partners (acquirers/KAs) on the latest market changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in business development or a related field.
- Familiarity with local cards and payments systems.
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Successful drive for growth and ability to leverage Ant Group ecosystem to win over competitions.
