About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Channel Partnerships Manager to drive user growth and marketing strategy across Southeast Asia.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact agency opportunities to drive revenue and strategic partnerships for TikTok.
- Deliver tailored media solutions to clients using market insights and success stories.
- Develop compelling sales narratives and presentations using market data.
- Implement best-in-class client engagement and service practices for operational excellence.
- Lead client education initiatives to drive platform adoption and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies and product solutions for agency partners.
We require:
- 5+ years of experience in media/digital sales
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and strategic mindset
- Knowledge of digital advertising buying
- A team player with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
Prior experience is advantageous if you have:
- A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment
- Passion for TikTok marketing and building partnerships from the ground up
- Experience managing agency partnerships
- Ability to work at multiple levels of the organization simultaneously
