We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. This role will provide assistance to customers at check-in counters, ensuring that passengers' details match the information on travel documents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer issues regarding flight operations and automated check-in systems. They will also be required to maintain a safe working environment by complying with all safety and/or security standards and reporting any breaches to officers and supervisors.

As a key ambassador for our organization, you will demonstrate professional behavior when responding to passenger complaints and ensure that customers receive quality service.

You will work in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures. You will be physically strong to assist passengers with lifting of their baggage, and possess good communication skills as well as handle passengers with special needs in an appropriate manner.

1. Provide quality customer services

2. Verify passengers' identities at the gates

3. Verify information on travel documents, passports and/or visas

4. Provide support to special needs customers

5. Handle customer issues regarding irregular flight operations

6. Process customer documentation

7. Handle customer issues regarding automated check-in systems

8. Uphold safety and/or security standards

">

9. Interpret and follow individual safety and/or security standards in the workplace

">

10. Identify and report breaches of safety and/or security standards in the workplace

">

11. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE 5 'N' levels and above
