As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling back office tickets and live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Turkish and English. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and special cases in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Turkish language skills are mandatory.
  • Intermediate English skills are preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce, is advantageous.
