Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in any field, as well as proficiency in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers).
