**Job Title:** Command Center Operations Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Command Center Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing real-time monitoring and support of mission-critical data center infrastructure and network operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and supporting UPS, HVAC, generators, and other critical infrastructure systems.
  • Providing Tier I support for network and data center operations in a 24/7 environment.
  • Responding to and triaging incoming calls, emails, and portal tickets.
  • Detecting and analyzing alarms; performing basic fault isolation and escalating as needed.
  • Generating and publishing incident, maintenance, and advisory notifications.
  • Escalating incidents based on severity and impact using predefined protocols.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with global teams, ensuring updates are understood across regions.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions in near real-time.
  • Ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Tier II, Tier III, and management teams for issue resolution.
  • Participating in weekly on-call rotation and shift handovers.
  • Utilizing tools like ServiceNow for incident tracking, escalation, and reporting.
