Technical Electronics Support Specialist

A Electronics Support Specialist is needed to assist our clients in resolving technical issues and providing front-line support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, customers, and distributors via phone, email or on-site visits.
- Manage and coordinate the resolution of customer return merchandise authorization (RMA) issues.
- Conduct failure analysis on defective units returned from the field.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with the head office technical department to conduct product acceptance tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum Nitec certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Preferably with knowledge of power supply, components and related technology.
- Candidates must have proficient Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
