Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

The role involves providing technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will be required to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and provide solutions to customers.

You will also be responsible for liaising with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related field. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a strong background in customer service.

Fluency in Japanese is required, as you will be communicating with our Japanese business partners regularly.
