Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics, with the ability to understand and work with electronic circuit diagrams. They will be proficient in reading and drawing floor plans and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD.

This role involves providing technical support for pre & post-sales service activities, coordinating projects, installing systems, terminating connections, testing and commissioning equipment, and conducting user operation training.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and rectify system faults, attend site coordination meetings, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering support for pre & post-sales service activities
  • Project coordination, system installation, termination, testing & commissioning
  • Troubleshooting and rectifying system faults
  • User operation training of the installed systems
  • Standby duty for servicing and answering calls
  • Attending site coordination meetings and site walks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have a NITEC and/or Diploma in Analogue, Digital and/or Computer Electronics/Electrical, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.

You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, field service knowledge, electrical knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
