Role Overview: The Electronics Support Specialist provides critical assistance to our internal and external customers by resolving product-related issues through documentation, disposition, and failure analysis. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure timely resolution of defects, coordinate RMA returns and shipments, and facilitate communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the diagnosis and resolution of customer complaints related to defective products.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to conduct acceptance tests and ensure product quality.
  • Provide documentation and updates on product issues and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve communication and issue resolution processes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electronics support or a related field is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of electronic components, power supplies, and related technology will be an asset.
