Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Digital Platform team at M1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning components surrounding the Salesforce ecosystem and other CRM sub-components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a solutions design team to provide technical leadership on CRM architecture
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions for Opportunity management, CPQ, Product catalog, and Order management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SFDC and Vlocity
  • Manage and prioritize projects to meet business requirements
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity data model, Vlocity OmniScript, Vlocity Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, and Vlocity EPC
  • Experience leading a team as a people manager and guiding team members to deliver outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Familiarity with agile methodology and CI/CD tools
