We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us in the Crisis Planning & Operations role. In this position, you will provide operational management direction and leadership for the department. You will be responsible for designing and implementing crisis preparedness strategies, emergency response frameworks, and business continuity plans.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of experience in managing hospital operations
  • Prior experience in healthcare emergency preparedness and crisis management would be an advantage
  • Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) license is required; possession of a Senior FSM license would be an advantage
  • Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning and analytical skills
  • Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and growing organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
