Crisis Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Crisis Management Leader to spearhead our operational readiness and resilience.

  • Lead the development and implementation of crisis preparedness strategies, emergency response frameworks, and business continuity plans.
  • Design and oversee tabletop exercises, simulation drills, and risk assessments to ensure organisational readiness.
  • Engage with internal departments, external agencies, and emergency services to support operational readiness, activation, and transition.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of management experience in hospital operations. Prior experience in healthcare emergency preparedness and crisis management is advantageous. Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) licensure is required; Senior FSM licensure is desirable.

This role requires exceptional planning, analytical skills, and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, action-oriented, and able to adapt to challenging conditions. Key qualifications include:
