Job Title

As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will serve as the Lead Coordinator of our design team.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Liaising closely with Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure timely issuance of buildable shop drawings to the project site team.
  2. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of drawings produced by the BIM team and sub-contractors in alignment with the Project Master Program.

  8. Adhering to safety practices in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination of the design team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects and consultants on design intent.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Implement safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in technical skills including coordinate and identify areas of concern with design intent.
  • Understanding of structural/M&E drawings.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
