Job Title

As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will serve as the Lead Coordinator of our design team.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Liaising closely with Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure timely issuance of buildable shop drawings to the project site team.
  2. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of drawings produced by the BIM team and sub-contractors in alignment with the Project Master Program.
  3. Identifying discrepancies in shop drawings, buildability, and impact on different disciplines.
  4. Relating design intent from architects/design consultants to buildable construction shop drawings.
  5. Highlighting critical dimensions and ensuring workable details are coordinated with other trades.
  6. Liaising with architects, design consultants, and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
  7. Coordinating between architectural teams and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
  8. Adhering to safety practices in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination of the design team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects and consultants on design intent.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Implement safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements for Success:
