Senior Internal Communications Lead

Salt Talent search is looking for a 'Communication Specialist' to play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with global directives while fostering brand awareness and engagement among internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective communication across various platforms. They will develop, implement, and manage internal communication strategies, plans, and content to ensure employees are well-informed and aligned with the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that drive engagement and support organizational goals.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, emails, intranet posts, leadership messages, and internal campaigns.
  • Serve as a communications advisor to HR, leadership, and department heads on internal messaging needs and strategies.
  • Manage content for internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email, Slack/Teams, digital signage, town halls).
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.
  • Champion company values, tone, and brand voice in all internal communications.
  • Support change management communications for organizational changes, policy updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize basic design skills to create visually appealing communication materials such as presentations, infographics, and newsletters.
  • Utilize video and photo production and editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for internal communication purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in corporate communications in a multinational environment or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, including SharePoint, intranet, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies that drive engagement and support organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple locations and managing global topics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and analytics platforms.
  • Basic design skills for creating communication materials.
  • Video and photo production and editing skills for multimedia content creation.
