Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Course Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage course runs in a training management system, ensuring accurate formatting and timely completion.
  2. Coordinate classroom bookings, trainer appointments, and assessment venue arrangements within the training management system.
  3. Publish course runs on our website, making sure they are well-organized and easily accessible.
  4. Prepare logistics for confirmed runs, including refreshment orders and equipment bookings as required.
  5. Cancelling classes or assessments, updating the status in the training management system, and informing relevant parties.
  6. Compile monthly reports on course and program runs, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • An ITE Certificate holder or higher, or equivalent working experience.
  • Excellent English proficiency and good communication skills to liaise with trainers.
  • Basic ICT skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
