
Senior Executive Chef and Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations. As the head of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase creativity and cost control.
- Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth order flow and exceptional customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant F&B experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/lead chef position.
- Professional culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on training/experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Strong culinary skills, including wok-frying, stir-fry, soups, meats, sauces, and live seafood preparation.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a multi-national team in a fast-paced food court environment.
- Good understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
