Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics administration department, you will be responsible for managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery. You will provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters, and drawings for submission. Your role will involve coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations, as well as arranging travel logistics and handling invoicing and updates for class audits and other vessel-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to $3700 per month, with additional benefits including AWS and 14 days annual leave. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career growth and development.
