About This Role

The ideal candidate will hold a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for spearheading sustainability initiatives under the Community Cluster. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing various programs to create a positive impact on the organization, its stakeholders, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustainability Strategy: Develop, refine, and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee sustainability projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations to build strong relationships and partnerships that support sustainable initiatives.
  • Social Responsibility: Develop and manage social responsibility programs that promote employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and philanthropic activities.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare sustainability reports, disclosures, and submissions for regulatory and industry reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field), Architecture, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • General understanding of sustainability frameworks, standards (e.g., Green Mark, ISO14001), and best practices.
