Job Description

The Role of the Nature Program Executive is to support the team in developing and executing mindfulness programs. This includes designing programs, communicating with stakeholders, and leading outdoor sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Psychotherapy, or equivalent experience in mindfulness and nature therapy. They should also possess excellent communication skills, project management experience, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading program development, curating engaging activities, identifying new partnerships, and overseeing project management. You will also lead participants on mindful nature walks, develop impact assessment methodologies, and support program-related communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Psychotherapy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in mindfulness and nature therapy
  • Passion for environmental sustainability
