Director of Natural Climate Solutions Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our efforts in natural climate solutions policy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conservation and sustainability, with a strong understanding of international policy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencing the design of international climate policy frameworks, including carbon market mechanisms and REDD+ policies.
  • Developing policy recommendations to inform Conservation International's strategy on natural climate solutions globally and regionally.
  • Supporting the development of training materials and delivering workshops on enabling conditions for NCS policy implementation.
  • Providing advisory services to private sector partners on NCS policy matters.
