Job Title: Sustainability Initiative Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Sustainability Initiative Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quarterly staff engagement programs to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives.

You will collaborate with various departments to develop and execute sustainability-focused activities and engagement campaigns. Your primary point of contact for sustainability initiatives at major events such as the Live Fulfilled Carnival (formerly known as FFW) will involve managing logistics, designing marketing materials, and potentially staffing the event booth.

Your responsibilities will also include managing the coordination and logistics for technical training and certification programs related to sustainability and overseeing the coordination and administration of the sustainability Master's Apprentice (MA) program.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainability and an exceptional understanding of sustainability principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good to have experience with data analysis and reporting.
