Program Manager/ Deputy Manager

**Key accountabilities**:
a. Assesses and analyzes company policies and processes to identify areas in and processes to which improvements can be made in accordance with the organization’s commitment to sustainability.

b. Lead the development and implementation of policies and practices to reduce utilities consumption and costs and cut emissions / other environmental impact.

c. Ensure sustainability polices, strategies and priorities align with IHH SG’s long-term sustainability plan of achieving carbon-neutral by 2030

d. Develop and implement sustainability framework, strategies and priorities and establish goals in consultation with senior management and stakeholders

e. Lead energy management programme including control systems, management of metering and energy usage monitoring to internal users and external tenants, lead sustainability initiatives for saving energy, managing procurement of energy and liaising with Energy Market Authority (EMA), Singapore Power (SP) and appointed Energy Retailer.

f. Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting, including creating dashboards, data collection, data analysis etc.

g. Responsible for implementing an environmental data repository and align to Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) processes to collect, verify, analyse and report on the data.

h. Research on global and local sustainability practices and benchmark latest sustainability trends and integrate recommendations into objectives and operations.

i. Develop sustainability marketing communication and engagement plans to effectively communicate and raise awareness amongst external and internal stakeholder.

j. Work with various departments to incorporate sustainability practices and set conservation and environmental goals.

k. As program manager to organize, lead, implement, monitor, and evaluate sustainability projects.

l. Monitor and evaluate projects and processes to seek improvements in environmental impact regulation compliance.

m. Assist in identifying key factors from installations that have energy saving potentials or possibly causing energy wastage in the system; and shall make recommendations for improvement.

n. Perform preliminary energy audits and analysis on data of major consuming equipment or system; and provide recommendations on potential energy conservation measures, opportunities, and financial assessments on an annual basis.

o. Compare audit results obtained with those of the previous assessment (if any) and provide recommendations (including cost estimates) for overall building energy improvement and optimization.

p. Work with the various stakeholders to ensure the operation activities on utilities, paper and waste are managed and directed to meet IHH SG sustainability targets.

q. Potential to take on responsibilities beyond sustainability including environmental corporate social responsibility effort and practices

r. Perform all other tasks and duties as directed by AVP, Technical Services, CRES

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree from recognized education institution in sustainability/environmental management/engineering Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), Green Mark Accredited Professional would be added advantage

Minimum of 3 years of management experiences in sustainability including strategic program development and implementation across various localities.
